Manual harvesting only. Traditional wine making, with destemming, punching down and pump over. 25 to 30 days of maceration.

Wine maturing
In tanks for 2 years, Mourvèdre grapes are matured in barrels during few months then in tank.

Wine Tasting
A dark colour with youthful highlights. The candid nose hints at wonderful spicy, liquorice and fruity aromas with notes of blackcurrant and raspberry. The palate is powerful and well balanced, expressing attractive mineral notes. The finale is fresh with still slightly spirited tannins.
