Wine Tasting

Penelope has been produced from direct pressing, and is a light, clear and sparkling pink. The pleasant nose combines sweet and fruity notes (lychees, strawberry).  The palate plays on a subtle balance between generous and defined aspects. The finale is pleasant, suave and just the right length. This is a delightfully pleasing wine.
